Preparing For Performance Reviews
Performance Management is an ongoing cycle of goal setting, feedback, and review, which enables employees and their supervisors to track and monitor progress toward goals. The performance review period is from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.
To assist employees in preparing for their upcoming performance review meeting, the Office of Human Resources will host training sessions on working with your supervisor in the performance review process, including self-reflection and participating in the performance review conversation.
