Performance Review Training for Supervisors

The Office of Human Resources offers annual training to support supervisors in efficiently conducting performance reviews. These sessions cover providing constructive feedback, writing SMART goals, and conducting one-on-one performance review meetings. Following the sessions, attendees will have time for questions and discussion. 

Supervisors are required to complete performance reviews for their direct reports covering the period from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.
