Downtime info for OTS’ Extended Maintenance Window: PeopleSoft unavailable June 16 and 17
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance starting at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 16 until approximately noon on Saturday, June 17. The following services will be unavailable during that time:
- Towson Online Services PeopleSoft
- TouchNet (eBill+Payment)
- ImageNow
- Towson Online Services Faculty Dashboard
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to OTS Alerts. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ typical maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
