Free Thanksgiving Shuttle to BWI Airport & Penn Station

Parking & Transportation Services offers a free Thanksgiving Break shuttle from TU’s campus to BWI Airport and Baltimore’s Penn Station. There will also be one scheduled shuttle to return to the TU campus from BWI Airport and Baltimore’s Penn Station.

Rides are available to all students, faculty and staff on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your spot on the BWI-Penn Shuttle early. Reservations are required. PLEASE NOTE: Scheduled trips are subject to cancellation if there are no advanced booked reservations. If you did not make a reservation you are encouraged to call ahead to make sure the scheduled trip has not been canceled.

Departure dates and times are as follows:  

Monday, Nov. 21, at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. 

Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. 

Return dates and times are as follows:

Sunday Nov. 27 at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. (times are pickup from BWI)

Shuttles depart from the ground level loop of the Union Garage. The return shuttle departs from the BWI International Terminal. A valid TU ID is necessary to board the shuttle.

When scheduling your departure shuttle, please make sure to give yourself ample time for traffic or any applicable security checks at BWI Airport or Penn Station.  Arrival to Penn Station from the campus will be approximately 15 minutes after departure from the Union Garage loop. 

For returning service, arrival at Penn Station will be approximately 15 minutes after departure from the BWI International Terminal. Please plan accordingly.
