Upcoming changes to the way TU sends and receives faxes

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is replacing traditional phone line-based fax service with a modern, web-based version. Existing fax numbers won’t change, and faxing can be done directly from a computer. This move to eFax will improve efficiency, increase sustainability and security, and reduce costs. 

The project team is reaching out to TU offices to migrate fax lines to the new eFax service and to help with the transition. If you own a fax line and haven’t heard from OTS or if your department no longer needs an existing fax line, contact efax@towson.edu before August 1.
