In preparation for the Towson University Foundation to prepare for the June 30, 2022 fiscal year end, please note the following important items.

  • Disbursement Request Forms – To allow sufficient preparation time for our annual audit and to ensure the integrity of our audited financial statements, it is critical that you submit for payment all invoices related to FY 2022 activity by no later than Friday, July 15, 2022.
  • Deposits
    • Checks – The last day we can accept deposits for credit to FY 2022 will be close of business, Wednesday, June 29, 2022. All deposits received after Wednesday, June 29, 2022 will be reported to you on your July FY 2023 activity reports.
    • Cash – The last day we can accept cash deposits for credit to FY 2022 is Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
