Join us and Engage with the Community as an Entrepreneur

Entrepreneurship @ TU and BTU—Partnerships for Greater Baltimore are excited to launch youth entrepreneurship programming. This community engagement initiative provides opportunities for high school students to gain an introduction to entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurial skills through a hands-on interactive learning experience. In its first iteration, the program will support Cristo Rey Jesuit High School freshman via four sessions to be held January–April 2022.

This collaborative, cross-campus initiative creates an exciting, new opportunity for students, faculty and staff to help grow TU’s innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem. As participants, students, faculty and staff choose from delivering content, facilitating activities, and/or supporting small group interactions. Previous experience with entrepreneurship curriculum is not required to get involved, because the team leading the initiative has curriculum and experiential learning modules in place.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to TU’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem through a community-engagement framework. Please join us for an information session on December 10 at 1:00 p.m. at the StarTUp at the Armory. Additional information including compensation for TU student participants will be provided in the information session. The session will be recorded for those unable to attend—but you will need to register to receive the recording link.
