OTS Weekend Maintenance Window: Extended downtime affecting PeopleSoft and Towson Online Services
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this weekend that extends outside of the normal Sunday maintenance window. The system downtimes are detailed below:
Saturday, Dec. 4, from 7 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m.
The following services will be unavailable:
- PeopleSoft HCM
- myTU Login (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
- Timesheets
- ImageNow
Sunday, Dec. 5, from 7 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m.
The following services will be unavailable:
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
- myTU Login (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
- Timesheets
- ImageNow
PeopleSoft Financials may experience intermittent and minor impacts as a result of this maintenance.
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and Twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ regular maintenance windows are Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon and Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight.
