Faculty/Staff: having problems with your campus Wi-Fi or Internet?

Book an appointment for a pop-up help session! The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will troubleshoot any location-specific issues, make sure your settings are correctly configured and confirm you’re properly connected to the network. Just bring your device. Walk-ups also accepted.

If you can’t attend a session, see how to troubleshoot or report Internet issues, or contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center for help or with questions about the sessions. Students experiencing Wi-Fi issues should contact Student Computing Services for help.
