FREE MONEY…” Have you turned in your grant application to the TU Foundation?

On behalf of the Towson University Foundation, we are pleased to announce the fourth year of the TU Foundation Grant Program.

The TU Foundation will, once again, provide grants of up to $25,000 for projects led by TU faculty and staff members.  A list of last year’s awardees can be found online.  Project submissions should align with one or more of the actions to be achieved through TU’s Strategic Plan and accomplish one of the following – enhance and expand educational opportunities both in and outside of the classroom; launch a new endeavor to understand and address a community need; or to underwrite an emerging need at the university.  This year, the TU Foundation is again asking applicants to describe the steps taken to ensure the proposed project can proceed safely and within the university’s COVID-19 guidelines.

The timeline for the application process is included on the application.  The application deadline is Friday, November 5th, awards will be announced in mid-December, and funding will be made available in January 2022.  Please direct all questions and submissions to Todd Langenberg, Associate Vice President of Development, at tlangenberg@towson.edu or contact Todd at 410-704-4679.
