2021-2022 Parking Payroll Deduction Open Enrollment for Faculty & Staff

Faculty and staff who previously utilized payroll deduction for their 2020-2021 academic year parking permit will NOT be automatically sold a permit or enrolled in this payment option for the 2021-2022 academic year. This is in an effort to avoid confusion given lower permit enrollments during last year’s period of telework. Automatic permit rollover will resume next year.

Eligible faculty and staff who wish to enroll in payroll deduction should follow the instructions below.

Faculty/staff parking permits for the 2021-2022 academic year will be available for purchase at 9 a.m. Monday, July 26.  Regular, non-contingent faculty and staff members are eligible to participate in this payment option. Open Enrollment for payroll deduction will occur from 9 a.m. July 26, 2021 through 4 p.m. April 8, 2022.

To enroll, permits must be purchased online through the eParking portal.  Under the permits section, click “Get Permits.” You will be asked to sign in with your TU NetID and password. On the purchase page for your permit, select “Payroll Deduction” as the payment method.  Selecting this payment option authorizes Parking & Transportation Services and Auxiliary Services Business Office to deduct payments from your paycheck toward the purchase of your permit.  This authorization will roll over each year unless you complete a request to cancel your payroll deduction via the Payroll Deduction Cancellation Form.
