Extended downtime info for OTS’ weekend maintenance window: PeopleSoft unavailable
All PeopleSoft applications will be unavailable Friday, June 25 at 4 p.m. until 7 a.m. on Monday, June 28 while the Office of Technology Services (OTS) performs a system upgrade. The upgrade will impact the Student Center, Faculty Center, Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft HCM. It is part of a university-wide initiative to improve TU’s digital experience. Users can expect a simplified interface with expanded mobile capabilities. Existing features and favorites will remain available, and everything will still be accessible via the myTU portal.
These services, including all core PeopleSoft systems, will be unavailable during the upgrade window:
- PeopleSoft Human Resources
- PeopleSoft Student (Campus Solutions)
- PeopleSoft Financials
- Tiger Travel
- MyTU Mobile
- TouchNet (eBill+Payment)
- Timesheets
- ImageNow
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon.
