New timesheets are here for contingent & student employees

A simpler timesheet is now available for contingent and student employees as part of a university-wide initiative to improve TU’s digital experience. The new timesheet will be available to regular employees on Feb. 15. Use the timesheets tile in myTU to access your timesheet.

Approving Contingent Timesheets

During the transition, regular employees who approve contingent timesheets have been granted temporary access to the new system. To approve contingent timesheets, go to myTU, select “Faculty/Staff Sign In” from the top right corner, then navigate under the welcome message and select “Manage My Profile.” Select “Approvals” from the top gold banner. Once regular timesheets launch Feb. 15, all approvals will be accessible through the timesheets tile in myTU. Access instructions for approving contingent timesheets from Feb. 9 to 12.

System Temporarily Unavailable for Regular Employees

Timesheets will be temporarily unavailable for regular employees between Feb. 10 and 15 as we move to the new system. During this period, regular employees should manually track time and enter it into the new timesheet by 10 a.m. Feb. 23.
