TODAY: Sabbatical Presentation by Peter Baker, Department of English
Peter Baker, Professor in the Department of English, will deliver his sabbatical lecture on Tuesday, March 26, at 4:00pm in the College of Liberal Arts in LA 2317. His talk is entitled “Making a World of Words: Poets Robert Creeley and Bernadette Mayer.” Dr. Baker will be discussing the current thinking of “What is a world?” in twentieth and twenty-first century philosophy as well as the poetry and collaborative projects of two of the most exciting American experimental poets of the twentieth/twenty-first century.
