The Big Event is TU’s largest day of community service where students, staff, faculty and alumni give back to the community. After nine years, TU’s Big Event has grown to encompass over 2,000 participants and over 200 different project sites.
In conjunction with the university’s student-led day of service, the Towson University Alumni Association hosts its own Big Event project. This year, our alumni group will meet at Bear Creek Park in Dundalk, Maryland, to help clean up the park and historic shoreline. Lunch, water and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
