Downtime info for OTS’ maintenance window: extended hours this Saturday & Sunday
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this weekend. Due to impending inclement weather, this weekend’s maintenance window has changed. Please note the times and services affected, as they will be intermittently offline during maintenance.
These university services will be unavailable Saturday, January 12 and Sunday, January 13, from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m.:
- PeopleSoft Financials
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services/Campus Solutions
- PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)
- MyTU Mobile
This university service will be unavailable Saturday, January 12, from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
- Campus wireless network service (tu-secure and tu-openaccess)
Check twitter @OTSAlerts for system availability. When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS Alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu and @OTSAlerts .
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
