Faculty Mentoring Survey
FACET is seeking input from faculty at all levels to help better develop strategies faculty can use to mentor one another. Inaugural Mentoring Fellows Barry Marguiles and Jennifer Potter are collecting mentoring experiences from all faculty to determine the scope of mentoring already taking place on campus and to provide some best practices for mentees, mentors, departments, and colleges.
