Faculty & staff asked to update inventory records

Due to the campus-wide shift to remote work, the Office of Property Records is seeking assistance from faculty and staff to update our inventory records. This includes property that may be temporarily located off campus. To facilitate this, faculty and staff are asked to complete a Material Management Service Request (MMSR) to update the location of university property. We ask for your assistance by providing updates no later than Jan. 31.

The MMSR form is available on the Forms Repository under Moving/Disposal/Surplus Forms. It is titled 2019-MMSR.cfm.

When completing the form, make sure to enter all appropriate fields. For property located off campus, under “Type of Service” select “Off-campus use.”
