Parking Permit-Spring 2021

As the new year approaches, TU’s parking permit sales will begin for the spring 2021 academic term. You may purchase your spring term permit online starting on FridayJan. 1,2021 at 9 a.m. via eParking. Permits will continue to be available for purchase for the remainder of the academic term.

Please note that the spring2021 term permits will become valid on TU’s campus as of 6 a.m., Monday, Jan. 18, 2021. Be careful to read all signage when parking.

Here’s What TU Students Need to Know:  

  • Commuter students with less than 30 units earned may only purchase an “Overflow” term permit. However, overflow permits will be accepted on the Core campus during the spring term.
  • Commuters with more than 30 units are eligible to purchase a “Core” term permit.
  • Resident students who have less than 30 units earned are not eligible to purchase a parking permit or have a vehicle on campus unless an Exception Request has been granted. Exceptions for the 2020/2021 academic year will be accepted as of Jan. 11, 2021. For more details about Exception Request process and an application, go to: towson.edu/parking/student/residential.html
  • Resident students with more than 30 units earned may purchase a Resident term permit.

Here’s What TU Faculty/Staff Need to Know:

  • Please note: If you are currently enrolled in payroll deduction, you will not need to reenroll. Your permit will automatically roll over for the spring 2021 term. 
  • If you are seeking to opt out of your payroll deduction plan, please use the Spring 2021 Permit Opt-Out form
  • If you are eligible for payroll deduction and would like to enrollfirst purchase your permit online and select “payroll deduction” as the payment method. Then, go online to complete the Spring 2021 Parking Permit Payroll Deduction form on the Auxiliary Services Business Office (ASBO) website.
  • All regular and contingent employees may also choose the installment planInstallment payment plans will now have 2 consecutive monthly payments instead of 4 consecutive monthly payments based on permit options. To use this option, first purchase your permit through eParking and then fill out the Spring 2021 Parking Permit Installment Plan Enrollment form on the ASBO websitetowson.edu/campus/landmarks/union/ticketbusinessoffice/.
